I am posting a picture which I reposted in Instagram few weeks back. For me it made sense. And I feel it should be incorporated in everybody’s life. When my psychiatrist asked me what made me happy and what is helping me in my treatment, I told him a new perspective is helping me heal. A positive self talk is helping me to thrive.
He was happy to hear this and asked me note it down and paste it on a wall. Everyday I read it and make sure I follow it. You should also follow. This is not something which is not doable. All you have to do is tweak your thinking process and keep it in a loop mode. This will truly help. Just read and tell me what you think about it.
Beautiful isn’t it? Why not follow it and make life beautiful with a simple perspective?
